Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work as a team member.
Valid LPN State license.
Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Location: This position will provide coverage primarily at our West side location at 6460 Harrison Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45247 and may occasionally provide coverage as needed at our Forest Park or OTR sites. Sunrise Treatment Center is an outpatient opiate addiction treatment facility. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, for a structured, lower-volume nursing role where you would prepare and dispense buprenorphine and methadone medication from our on-site dispensary. Directs patient to exam room and prepares patient for exam or treatment by identifying height, weight, respirations, blood pressure, temperature, additional testing, and records same on chart.
