Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care services to clients in Carmel and surrounding areas of Putnam County. This role is ideal for caregivers who want stable work with flexible scheduling and meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Assist with meals and daily living activities (ADLs)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow individualized care plans
Document services provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude
Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
Prior home care experience preferred but not required
