Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in the Murrysville, PA area. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) providing exceptional end-of-life care and support to patients and their families in the comfort of their homes and care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to hospice patients in accordance with the patient's plan of care.

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.

• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and care provided.

• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA Certification

• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation

• Ability to travel throughout the service area

• Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
