Job Summary:

As a skilled LPN at St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patients' conditions
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with procedures and treatments
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and excellent patient experience

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Florida
