$27 - $39.27 / hour
This position is eligible for up to $15,000.00 Sign on Bonus for those that qualify. ($7,500.00 for those with less than one year of experience) Position Summary: Assist physician with duties necessary to support the needs of the practice working within and to the maximum scope of license Education, License & Cert: LPN ‐ license based on corresponding position location Experience: One‐year experience in healthcare field preferred but not required Essential Functions: 1. Directs patient to exam room and prepares patient for exam or treatment by identifying height, weight, respirations, blood pressure, temperature, additional testing, and records same on chart. Will also interview patient to obtain history allergies, reconciles medication list and records on chart as requested. 2. Write or call Rx after obtaining surgeon/provider authorization for all department surgeons/providers as needed. Chart as written in patient's chart 3. Email, fax or call in any insurance referrals. Follow up phone call with referral number to specialist if requested. 4. Assists in smooth departmental operation by filling in for other LPNs, clinical assistant and MOA's as requested. The pay range for this position is $23.35-36.44. Position Summary: The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator is responsible the clinical training/orientation of the Clinical (Nursing) staff in the Medical Group. Adult learning theories are utilized when implementing educational programs/activities for staff. The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator acts as a consultant and trainer for standards of care for clinical practice; utilizes and applies change theory in matters related to clinical practice; applies interpersonal skills and fosters communication when interacting with staff and other members of the healthcare organization. The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator is directed by the Ambulatory Clinical (Nurse) Educator in establishing and maintaining clinical competencies; pursues continued excellence in clinical practice; is self‐motivated in identifying own strengths and limitations; and seeks to improve areas of weakness. The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator is not administratively responsible for the supervision of other people but works collaboratively with Practice Managers to assure that standards of clinical practice are met. This position reports to the Director, Nursing Professional Development. Education, License & Cert: The Ambulatory Clinical Training Coordinator must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with a current licensure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Experience: A minimum of three years clinical experience in the ambulatory setting and demonstrated abilities in teaching, leadership skills, and clinical nursing practice. Essential Functions: A. Orientation/Onboarding 1.
