What you’ll do: 

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

  • Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration)

  • Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.

  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support.

  • Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team.

  • Follow individualized care plans and agency standards.

Qualifications: 

  • Valid CNA Certifications

  • Current CPR certification (required)

  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

  • Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.

  • Recent TB Test Results. 

  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

  • Must have strong communication skills.
