The Activities Assistant supports the Activities Director in planning, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive activity program designed to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of residents. The Activities Assistant helps provide meaningful engagement opportunities that enhance residents’ quality of life while promoting dignity, independence, and person-centered care in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations. ***Must have a valid CNA License as an activities assistant*** Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with older adults, dementia populations, or in long-term care preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. We're looking for a driven, caring, passionate individual to serve as a leader to our excellent nursing staff. Responsibilities of the Weekend RN Supervisor include: Day-to-day supervision of personnel Manage call offs and staffing Maintaining consistent practices Effectively communicates performance expectations Assigning specific duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing personnel on unit Reporting any concerns to Nursing Team Weekend RN Supervisor: Must be a Registered Nurse RN in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
