Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
• Mentor and educate nursing staff, students, and other healthcare professionals

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
