Overview

Shift: Full-Time; Monday–Friday schedule with a set schedule of 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In this role, you will support providers in delivering high-quality care, prepare patients for visits, coordinate medications and testing, and provide education and support. You will also serve as a key link between patients and the care team, helping ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare patient and assist provider with examinations, treatment and minor surgical procedures.
Assists in the delivery of services and patient care.
Responsible for obtaining medical histories, preparation and administration of injections, collection and preparation of specimens and performing office laboratory procedures.
Schedule referral appointments and distribute patient educational information as directed by provider.
Participate in multidisciplinary care model.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma from an RN program.

License(s)/Certification(s):

Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.

Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.

Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
