Assisting with other caregiving duties when medication administration is not required. Qualifications for Caregivers: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates. Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable and able to work as part of a team. Qualifications for MedTechs: High school diploma or equivalent. Current MedTech certification in the state of California. Prior experience in medication administration is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
