  • Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
  • Provide resident and family education.
  • Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
  • Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Salary: Up to $42 an hour

Our facility is a 80-bed sub-acute rehabilitation and nursing center nestled in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, offering a relaxed and peaceful environment to our residents. Job Summary: As a Per Diem LPN, you will provide nursing coverage as needed across all shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts. This role is ideal for nurses seeking maximum flexibility, supplemental income, or limited commitment. Our Per Diem LPN will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
