CareCore at Gaymont is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the clinical leadership team at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Norwalk, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Assist the DON in overseeing daily nursing operations
Support staff development, training, and performance management
Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in infection control, QA, and clinical audits
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage as needed
Provide guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and STNAs
Step in for the DON in their absence

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Ohio
Previous leadership experience in long-term care preferred
Strong understanding of LTC regulations and survey process
Experience with PointClickCare preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
