Your Profile:

Licensure: Valid LPN license to practice in New York.
Certification: Current CPR (BLS or ALS) certification.

RESPONSIBILTIES: Admissions Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for new admissions/readmissions, ensuring all aspects of the process are handled professionally and efficiently. Communicate effectively with the admissions team and the transferring facility (hospital, community or other care setting).
