RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced RN. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.

Qualifications:

High school diploma

RN/LPN License in MD

LTC/SNF experience

#ATLASMD Purpose of Your Job Position The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Delegation of Authority As a GNA you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
