Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hanover, PA

Make a meaningful impact as a contract Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) supporting a middle school student in a transition program. Situated near Hanover, PA, this part-time role runs from August 18, 2026, to May 27, 2027, and offers a unique blend of school-based and community support. Enjoy a dynamic flex schedule, working two to four days per week, with days and hours (usually 8:30am2pm) communicated in advance by the supervisor.

You'll provide dedicated care to an ambulatory, independent male student requiring seizure monitoring and support in the community. While medication is managed by the school nurse, your role focuses on monitoring for emergencies and giving verbal prompts as neededno hands-on care involved. Key qualifications:

  • Active PA LPN or LVN nursing license (required)
  • Prior experience with students on the autism spectrum, preferred but not essential
