A special education setting near East Weymouth, MA has immediate contract openings for two nurses—either RNs or LPNs—to provide dedicated 1:1 care to medically fragile children as part of their Extended School Year (ESY) summer program. This assignment begins July 1st and runs through August 6th, with potential for extension into the full 2026-2027 academic year.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Valid Massachusetts RN or LPN license (essential for consideration)
  • Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Comfortable working 1:1 with students with complex medical needs
  • Ability and willingness to accompany students on bus rides to and from school
  • Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic school setting
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
