Highlights of the Opportunity: A full-time CRNA is expected to cover 176 shifts annually, with additional pay for extra shifts. Staffing model planned is 40+ Anesthesiologists, and 100+ CRNAs covering 70+ sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo. Average anesthesia volume is 65,000 cases annually. Physicians will have oversight of CRNA’s. Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation package with tiered salary ranges based on years of experience. W-2 position with Health Care System that has an excellent reputation and history of providing quality care. We offer a competitive salary with increases based on years of experience, along with a generous retention bonus, quality incentives, and a relocation allowance.
