Nursing Scheduler CNA

As a Nursing Scheduler CNA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by coordinating the scheduling needs of our healthcare team. With a minimum of 1 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing staff schedules, including CNA shifts, to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of CNAs, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of our residents
• Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, taking into account staffing requirements, leave requests, and vacations
• Communicate with CNA staff, nursing administration, and other departments to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement scheduling policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
