About the Role:

As a RN Registered Nurse at Cliveden, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from various area hospitals, including Temple Hospital, Roxborough Hospital, Albert Einstein Medical, and Chestnut Hill Hospital. You will:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients with a focus on their unique needs and goals

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

  • Monitor and report patient progress and concerns to the healthcare team
