About the Role:

As a CNA Certified in Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. Your duties will include administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our residents and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Assist with mobilization, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and service delivery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families
