Role Overview

This LPN night‑shift contract offers a consistent full‑time schedule for a dependable nurse who delivers skilled, compassionate care during overnight hours. You’ll work closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to support patient treatment plans, maintain safety, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medication administration following facility and state guidelines

  • Patient assessments including monitoring conditions and reporting changes

  • Wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment

  • Collaborating with clinical teams to support individualized care plans

  • Accurate charting and communication with supervising nurses

Contract Details

  • 13‑week assignment

  • 36 hours per week (typically three 12‑hour shifts)

Requirements

  • Active LPN license

  • Current BLS certification

  • Minimum one year of recent LPN experience preferred
