Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care, including IV therapy, treatments, wound care, medication administration, and other clinical needs as per physician orders and patient care plans.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of nursing practice.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
  • Provide leadership by overseeing and supporting nursing assistants.

Qualifications:

  • Current Ohio RN License
  • Strong documentation skills; experience with PointClickCare is a plus
