Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Contract Length: 10 weeks

Shift: Night shift Hours: 48 hours per week

Estimated Gross Pay: $1950 per week

Role Overview

This LPN night‑shift contract offers a high‑hour, fast‑paced schedule for a dependable nurse who delivers skilled, consistent care during overnight shifts. You’ll work closely with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to support patient treatment plans, maintain safety, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication administration following facility and state guidelines

• Patient assessments including monitoring conditions and reporting changes

• Wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment

• Collaborating with clinical teams to support individualized care plans

• Accurate charting and communication with supervising nurses

Contract Details

• 10‑week assignment

• 48 hours per week (typically four 12‑hour shifts)

• Night shift schedule

• Estimated gross pay: $1950 per week

• Extension opportunities may be available

Requirements

• Active LPN license

• Current BLS certification

• Minimum one year of recent LPN experience preferred

• Ability to work a high‑hour night‑shift schedule consistently

• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
