Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment).

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.

  • Five years of long-term care or acute care experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional resident care.
