As a 7pm-7am LPN/RN, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care to our residents while working a unique shift schedule, from 7pm to 7am. About the Role:

As a 7pm-7am LPN/RN at The Palms at Sebring, you will be responsible for:

Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine checks
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Working closely with our nursing staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:

Current licensure as a LPN/RN in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience as a LPN/RN; 1 years of experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
