Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions.
Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Perform skilled nursing procedures, including wound care and catheter care.
Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
Assist in supervising and mentoring nursing assistants.

Qualifications

Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
