Visiting Docs is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO) to provide onsite primary care services at assisted living communities located in New City and Suffern, New York.

This position is ideal for a provider seeking a flexible, weekday schedule while caring for older adults in a collaborative, community-based healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Previous primary care experience
