Visiting Docs is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO) to provide onsite primary care services within assisted living communities located in the Bronx, NY.

Position Overview

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform routine and follow-up primary care visits
Evaluate and manage chronic and acute medical conditions

Minimum Qualifications
