LPN Open Shifts:

  • Day (7 AM – 3 PM ) 
  • Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available

LPN POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure
  • Strong LPN skills required
  • Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings
  • Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
  • Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
  • Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

LPN POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of PA
  • Required experience for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): Nursing: 1 year
  • Required license or certification for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): LPN

What you'll do The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Ambulatory Care provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant, or Physician.
