Available Schedule:

6:00pm-6:00am full time, every 3rd weekend rotation.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team

  • Accurately document care and services provided

  • Support and supervise STNAs/CNAs as needed

  • Promote a positive, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio LPN license in good standing

  • Experience With PointClickCare preferred but not required

  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Develop and implement an accurate comprehensive care plan based on each resident’s needs and his/her comprehensive assessment. 6. Provide supervision to Nursing Assistant providing direct resident care. 8. Counsel Nursing Assistants and recommend disciplinary action to the Director of Nursing Service, when necessary. 9. Promptly report changes in residents conditions to the physician, Director of Nursing Service and responsible party, and take follow-up action as necessary. 11.
