As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living
Support nurses and other members of the care team as needed
Help residents with transferring, repositioning, walking, and wheelchair mobility
Assist with meal service, feeding, and documenting food and fluid intake
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Observe residents and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Follow resident care plans, facility policies, and infection-control procedures
Document completed care accurately and on time
Qualifications:
Active LNA certification in good standing is required for LNA positions
Previous PCA, caregiving, home care, or long-term care experience is preferred for PCA positions
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent resident care
Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care needs
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is preferred
