Overview

Support the integration of collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement the standards of nursing in the processes of care.

Responsibilities

General Clinical Practice

  • Performs all assigned patient care responsibilities according to the standards of care at NLH and within the scope of practice established for LNAs.
  • Demonstrates the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the population served.
  • Documents care provided using hospital standards.
  • Reinforces education to patients and families.
  • Reports any untoward symptoms or changes to appropriate RN/LPN.
  • Monitors the patient environment to assure that it is safe and free from hazards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited LNA program
  • 0-1 year relevant clinical practice
  • Hospital experience preferred

Required Licensure/Certifications

REQUIRED LICENSE(S): • LNA - NH or temp LNA - NH REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: • (BLS) Basic Life Support

The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
