Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with faculty and external healthcare providers to ensure coordinated student care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs)
  • Educate students and staff on health, wellness, and safety practices, helping to foster a healthy learning environment
  • Monitor and manage chronic health conditions in the school setting (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies)
