We are growing our nursing team and are seeking experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses who have worked in PICU, NICU, or a Pediatric Emergency Department and are looking to continue making a meaningful impact in children's lives.

Schedule

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
Educate and support patients' families throughout the care process.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active New York State RN license.
Minimum of one year of recent experience in one of the following:
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Pediatric Emergency Department (Pediatric ER)
Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
