Cleveland Clinic is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Primary Care team at Cleveland Clinic North Dover Family Medicine in Dover, Ohio. This APP will care for patients for the Walk-in Primary Care clinic and is ideal for an APP who values relationship-based care, clinical excellence, and working within a highly collaborative, supportive environment.

In this role, the APP will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, coordinating care across specialties, and educating patients to support long-term wellness and self-management.

The APP will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless continuity of care and outstanding patient experiences—fully aligned with Cleveland Clinic’s mission of putting patients first.

Ideal candidate will have APP experience in a Urgent Care, Primary Care, Express Care, or Emergency Room setting.

This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a predictable outpatient schedule and no weekend or holiday requirements.

Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Responsibilities:

APRN

Physical Requirements: Typical physical demands include the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Manual and finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination to perform physical examinations. Requires corrected vision and hearing to a normal range. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. May require exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
