Ensure adequate levels of treatment ointments, supplies and equipment are available at all times. Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each residMaintain a comprehensive understanding and adherence to all aspects of resident rights, including the right to be free of abuse. Promptly report to the Administrator all incidents or evidence of resident abuse or violation of resident’s rights. Promptly report injuries of unknown origin to the Floor Nurse and Director of Nursing, including skin tears.
