What youll bring:

Active LPN license issued by the state of Washington
Previous experience working with medically fragile students or individuals preferred
Familiarity with school health procedures and IEP support is a plus
Flexibility to assist both individually and within medically fragile classrooms as needed

Your responsibilities:

Provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a secondary school student with medically fragile needs
Attend to daily health procedures, medication administration, and emergency interventions as required
Accompany and monitor the student during transport to and from school, ensuring their well-being
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to facilitate an inclusive classroom environment
Offer additional support in a specialized classroom for medically fragile students, as needed
Document care activities and communicate relevant observations with the education and nursing teams
