
Client Care Coordinator and Staffing Scheduler (CNA)

Right at Home Pinnacle Peak is seeking an exceptional individual to become the first office team member in our growing premium home care agency serving North Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills.
This is more than a scheduling job. You will be the operational heartbeat of our agency—coordinating caregivers, supporting clients and families, solving problems, and helping seniors remain safe and independent at home.

Position Summary
The Scheduler/CNA is responsible for managing caregiver schedules, coordinating client care, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules and client assignments
Fill open shifts and respond quickly to call-offs and schedule changes
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and caregivers
Assist with caregiver onboarding and orientation
Maintain accurate documentation and employee records
Support office operations and administrative tasks
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly
Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
Provide hands-on caregiving coverage during emergencies or staffing shortages
Qualifications
Current Arizona CNA license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
Previous scheduling or home care office experience strongly preferred
Experience with WellSky Personal Care software strongly preferred
Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require
