Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. In this key management role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, support clinical excellence, and guide staff in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

Position Summary

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting quality outcomes, and maintaining a supportive and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality resident care
