Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts | Rotating days/nights every 6 weeks | Rotating weekends & holidays

The Opportunity
In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care to patients across a variety of settings, including:
Medical/Surgical – OB – Pediatrics - ER – ICU - Transitional Care - Behavioral Health
Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and nursing leadership team, you'll help deliver safe, effective, and patient-focused care while developing skills in multiple areas of acute care nursing.
How You'll Make an Impact
You will:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients of all ages
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in creating and updating individualized care plans
- Support patient education and wellness initiatives
- Assist with emergency response efforts when necessary
- Promote a safe environment through infection prevention and patient safety practices
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Help guide and oversee delegated tasks performed by support personnel
- Contribute to a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork

Qualifications
Required
- Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse license or Compact License with multistate privileges
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Preferred
- Previous clinical nursing experience
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Training related to behavioral health, de-escalation, or crisis intervention
Schedule
- Full-time, three 12-hour shifts
- Rotating day/night shifts
- Weekend and holiday rotation required

Physical Demands
This position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and responding quickly to patient care needs and emergency situations. Candidates must be able to safely assist with patient handling and perform CPR when required. The role may involve exposure to conditions commonly found in healthcare settings.
