As the Clinical Risk & Patient Safety RN, you'll have responsibility for supporting the organizational strategic goals and objectives specifically those related to clinical risk management as part of the System's Peer Review process.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
Five (5) years of RN work experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Clinical Risk and Patient Safety, familiarity with the MCARE Act of 2002 and PA-PSRS, and proficiency in Tableau, Midas, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Reader. Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to patient safety is a plus.
A typical day is 8:00 am to - 4:30 pm.
A week-long on-call requirement approximately every 6 to 7 weeks.
Weekend and holiday coverage on a rotation basis.
