About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management across family medicine, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
Knowledge of pain management principles and trauma care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Additional certifications in Pain Management or Geriatric Nursing.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
Experience in community health or outpatient clinical settings.
Strong background in patient safety initiatives and quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pain management strategies and trauma-informed care approaches.
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate, while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
