Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Resident Care Coordinate and oversee comprehensive resident care plans in accordance with physician orders, resident needs, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate nursing care that promotes residents' health, safety, dignity, and quality of life. Participate in admissions assessments and decisions, including prospective resident evaluations as needed. Collaborate with physicians, consultants, therapists, community agencies, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident outcomes. Qualifications Required Current and active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of two (2) years of nursing supervisory experience.
