Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Resident Care Coordinate and oversee comprehensive resident care plans in accordance with physician orders, resident needs, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate nursing care that promotes residents' health, safety, dignity, and quality of life. Participate in admissions assessments and decisions, including prospective resident evaluations as needed. Investigate incidents, complaints, allegations of abuse or neglect, and loss or misappropriation of resident property. Promptly report unusual occurrences in accordance with state and facility requirements. Operational Oversight Participate in daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident care, census changes, staffing, concerns, and operational priorities. Monitor facility conditions to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Support compliance with 24-hour nursing service requirements, RN coverage regulations, and abuse prevention programs. Qualifications Required Current and active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of two (2) years of nursing supervisory experience.
