UPMC Home Health is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) across Millvale, Northside, and Downtown Pittsburgh areas. This position is a Monday-Friday, 8A-4:30P position with weekend and on-call rotations.

What You’ll Do

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities
Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered outcomes while maintaining regulatory standards
