Position: RN Weekend Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

  • Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans, including:

    • Medication administration

    • Resident assessments

    • Wound care

    • Accurate and timely documentation

  • Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during weekend shifts.

  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

  • Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.

  • Serve as the clinical leader for the weekend nursing team.
