What You'll Do

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment

  • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team

  • Take and document vital signs as assigned

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

  • Complete regular rounds and respond promptly to resident needs

  • Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality resident care

Qualifications

  • Current Colorado CNA certification (or certification from a compact state, if applicable)

  • Graduate of an accredited CNA training program

  • Dependable with reliable transportation

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for providing outstanding care to seniors in a long-term care setting
