Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, drinking, and ambulating
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and observations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in care conferences and meetings to discuss patient progress and goals
Perform other duties as assigned by licensed nursing staff
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with proper technique and safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
