Full-Time and Part- Time Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Only work one weekend per month!

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Accurately document care, treatments, and observations.
Supervise and support STNAs while promoting quality resident care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
