Home Health Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our dedicated team at Family Support Care. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide medication reminders and assistance with mobility and ambulation
Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Monitor and report changes in client condition, vital signs, and behavior
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; home health aide certification preferred
Minimum 0 years of experience as a Home Health Aide
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
