RN/ Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

  • Currently holds an active RN license to work in New York.
  • CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)

Overview About the Role The Clinic Nurse Manager is an experienced clinical leader responsible for managing assigned areas and multiple services within the assigned practice, supervising assigned patient care personnel during clinic operations. The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible to ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care and clinical outcomes, compliance with regulatory, administrative, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Maintains nursing and clinical operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures within the assigned practice in the Ambulatory Care Center. “Owns” clinic operations and exercises broad oversight for clinic patient throughput, provider performance, and clinical and/or support services.
